Registration
Register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission
Qualifying medical conditions include cachexia, anorexia, wasting syndrome, severe or chronic pain, severe nausea, seizures, severe or persistent muscle spasms, glaucoma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or another chronic medical condition which is severe and for which other treatments have been ineffective

Consultation with our Nurse Practitioner
This consists of a virtual or office meeting with a registered provider to evaluate your condition, your treatments, and how cannabis may be able to help. During this assessment we obtain medical history and treatment history and discuss how cannabis may help. If approved, you will receive your Maryland MMCC ID card in the mail within weeks.
Bring the following to your appointment:

Government ID - Bring your driver's license, US passport, or state ID card.

MMCC ID - You must bring your MMCC registration number to receive your approval.
