We help adults and youths struggling with anger issues regain control of their lives and improve interpersonal relationships.
First Choice Counseling Center offers an interactive anger management
group.
Our class focuses on building skills in the areas of anger control,
anger trigger identification, anger control plan development, stress management techniques, communication and listening techniques.
Our anger management class is conducted by licensed professional.
FCCC offers online anger management class- ADULTS
Class is a 6 hour at your own pace course.

FCCC Six Hour Weekly Anger Management- ADULTS
When: Mondays
Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Must participate in 6 sessions
to receive certificate of completion
Classes are virtual only.
Cost: $55.00 per class
Deposit $55.00 applied to first class.
Anger management option for individuals who would like to use insurance
1. Please call our office to schedule an appointment
2. A minimum of 16 sessions must be completed if you are seeking a certificate of completion
3. Must attend 6 group sessions and 10 individual sessions OR all sessions can be individual sessions.
4. Groups are Mondays from 5pm-6pm
